Zantar Heart is the half-elven leader of the criminal organizaton known as Duce. He and his band are little more than petty smugglers and theives, but they are known to have contacts with more extensive criminal organizations, such as that run by Green Griffon proprietor, Rocky Guandu. Zantar, or any other member of Duce, should be captured alive if possible, and held for torture, ah I mean questioning.
